Keep Connecticut Moving has developed a comprehensive plan that if funded by state government and implemented, will lead to a thoroughly modern, safe and reliable transportation system over the next 25 years. The implementation of this comprehensive transportation plan will dramatically improve Connecticut ’s quality of life and business climate.
